This is my first purchase of clothing ever on the Internet. I was a little sceptical about the outcome. In the event I might have, by pure chance, found the right company to deal with.
From the start to the finish I had one person, Johnny Turner, deal with me, an exception these days.
Johnny responded to my emails unusually promptly, except on the day he was off work. Why not?
Being my first experience and the fact I was buying shirts for young boys in Mumbai, I had some revisions to my initial requirements. Johnny dealt with with remarkable patience.
So 10/10 for service.
The shirts were not cheap, but the quality of material and printing justified the cost.

I ordered a pair of matching Ts for my daughter and I using a picture she drew when she was 6. She’s 8 now…and a d_mn good little visual artist. Baby girl is going to do backflips when she sees the shirts Christmas morning…and when she hears there are already seven other groups who want a shirt of their own, I suspect she won’t stop drawing until this time next year.
The quality of the shirts is WAY better than I expected. I’ll be ordering another 8-10 after the new year and there WILL be more of her designs on shirts in the coming months. Bill Waterson and Gary Larson wish they had their art on shirts when they were kids!

As a first time buyer, I was a little hesitant to purchase online.

Even tho I easily found the Gildan T-shirts, sizes and colors I was interested in, I was still a little unsure. I thought for sure the price was going to be based on ordering quantities greater then I needed.

That was not the case!

I ordered everything I needed, which surprisingly, gave me to FREE shipping. The items are color rich, true to size and exactly the weight/material thickness expected.

I did have one item arrive with a pea sized spot in a noticeable area.

I contacted Customer Support and was blown away by their response. It was the type of service that makes a company and hooks the customer.

My experience was excellent! I sent a picture of the spot and almost immediately received an email apologizing for the issue, confirming a replacement was on its way and there was no need to return the shirt. I was astonished and literally just smiled.

I commend Shirtmax for instilling the importance of providing good service to the customer and recommend Shirtmax for providing an exceptional product!
