I have been using different brands of air purifiers for over 30 years in my homes and I have to say this is the quietest & most efficient one I have ever purchased. I installed it myself (I'm 72) with no problem. Getting it up on the wall at a more appropriate height is important. In the past I had floor models that needed to be raised up on some type of stand/pedestal so they were not very attractive. The slim design is also a bonus. And the customer service department is top-notch. Very responsive and quick to come up with a satisfactory solution to any question or problem that might arise.

When I had an issue with my MA-35 (clicking noise developed) MedifyAir made it very easy replace it with a new one. The new one is doing fine so far. I am glad that the MA-35 comes in black as it matches my kitchen color scheme. The unit is very quiet on low, reasonable on medium, and I have the unit run on high at night. While this unit does not have built-in smart functionality, I am able to control the unit via Google Home voice commands and automated scripts through a Broadlink RM4 PRO because the MA-35 takes 433 MHz RF signals as an input. This is good insofar as I can control it from another room; however, if you had multiple units I think the remote or signal would like control all the units in the house (unlike an IR signal that requires line-of-sight). The filter is easy to replace by simply removing the magnetic cover by hand, putting the new one in, and replacing the cover. I don't use the automatic particle detection feature, so I cannot comment on that. I like the look of it, and have attached a picture for you to see it "in the wild."

Super fast shipping and easy installation! This unit takes literally minutes to set in place, level and install! You can easily hide the cord behind the wall (have an electrician come and simply “fish” the cord down to pop out under the bottom of the outlet). I painted the bit of exposed black cord / plug white to match the white wall outlet cover. One suggestion to MedifyAir: Include a simple info card that explains TVOCs and PM 2.5 to include the “normal” range scales (super interesting stuff but I had to google it). There is a remarkable difference in the air quality throughout the whole house. No more air fresheners or candles are needed (which I recently learned are a “fatal convenience” and not healthy for you anyway). Pure fresh clean air at last! Thank you again!

Purchased and had a warranty issue. The customer service rep I spoke with was very professional and straight forward. Asked for some video of the issue so we could see if there was some troubleshooting we could do. I like that actually - video now is a good way to get the info to someone without awkwardly describing something and sometimes the line being lost (Here the video of the problem!)
Tech support took a few days to get back to me but once determined it was a warranty issue they issued a return label and had a new unit to me asap.
I'm happy with how it was handled and I'm still happy with the unit itself.
It's not obnoxiously loud and I can tell it's working.
My wife is recovering from an injury so we need to keep our bedroom clean and with clean air. It does the job. Recommended.
