This topical treatment does a really good job of lightning the nail and keeping the fungal infection to a minimum. I have suffered from and been embarrassed by infected toenails for 30 years. Nope, no pedicures or sandles for me. They were near black in color, thick, and crumbled when I cut them. I had to use the clippers that look like pliers to cut my toenails.
